Completed section by section blunt-nosed leopard lizard according to accepted CDFW protocol, other rare wildlife species, and botanical surveys of all of Aera’s oil leases in Kern County. This was done in support of Aera’s compliance with the recently certified (December 2015) EIR for Revisions to the Kern County Zoning Ordinance focused on Oil and Gas Local Permitting
